It happened today, April 18, 2017 at around 11:10 a.m. He's been confirmed dead. ---- Original Post and Information: Happened April 16, 2017 at 635 East 93rd Street in Cleveland Ohio, USA. The gunman is Steve Stephens, a 37-year-old case manager at Beech Brook, a children’s mental health facility. The victim has been identified as 74-year-old Robert Godwin Sr. There is now a $50,000 reward for information leading to his capture. Pings to his cell phone indicate he may be in Erie, Pennsylvania. He blamed his girlfriend and his mother. He says he'd gone to his mother and told him he was suicidal and homicidal and that "she didn't care". Cleveland cops have confirmed the homicide shown in the video. Stephens claims he's killed a total of 15 people and has them in an abandoned house. Police haven't yet confirmed that. His Facebook page has since been taken down by Facebook. He'd ranted and rambled for four hours before they pulled the switch. He referred to the shooting as an "Easter Day slaughter" and "Easter Day massacre". Cops are telling people not to approach him or venture out. He's considered armed and dangerous.
