    Here, there and everywhere!
Surgeons from the Russian city of Izhevsk found a growing tree inside a man's lung. 28-year-old Artyom Sidorenko was diagnosed as a cancer patient. He would have seizures and cough up blood until doctors finally took X-rays and thought he had a tumor in his lung. When surgery took place, surgeons were absolutely shocked on what they found. It was a fir tree growing inside his lung. The branch was 5 centimeters long and was removed immediately. Doctors say that it wasn't lung cancer, it was the tree's spikes penetrating his lungs...

Wow how in the fuck could that even happen!?! As a kid I used to think eating watermelon seeds would grow a watermelon in my belly but this is parental fork lore come to life!

He must have inhaled a seed and it thrived in the warm moist OXYGEN RICH environment. Would not happen elsewhere due to lack of oxygen and carbon dioxide but obviously the lungs carry both so photosynthesis could occur. Incredible fluke

I'm afraid that I'll have lung cancer and this is something that reminds me.
